Classic Cars in Corbridge 2014

MG Northumbria’s Classic Vehicle Show will be held once again in the picturesque setting of Tynedale Park, within easy walking distance of the centre of the historic town of Corbridge. 

The show is open to all makes of vintage, veteran and classic vehicles classified as follows:

Cars: Pre-war, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s; Classic Commercial Vehicles; Classic Motorcycles; Other Interesting Vehicles (at the discretion of the organisers).

Club Stands can be catered for by arrangement with MG Northumbria.

Trophies will be awarded for Best in Class and Best in Show, Best Club Stand and, if enough people are dressed in the period appropriate to their vehicle, there will be a trophy for the best costume. 

The show will open to entrants at 9 am and to the public from 11 am.  It will close with the presentation of awards at 4 pm.

The full range of attractions is not yet finalised but is expected to includes live music, dog agility display, children’s rides, various charity and trade stalls, food, refreshments and a bar. 

Proceeds from the show will be donated to local charities.

Basic camping and caravanning (waste disposal and water) is available direct from Tynedale Rugby Club at a small charge -  contact details on request.

There is no charge to enter your vehicle.
