The return visit to The Fat Lamb, Ravenstonedale for MGN in May 2020 has been postponed to Mat 2021, see below.

Message from Rachael - 3/4/20
Good afternoon fellow Fat Lambers
Most importantly, I truly hope this finds you all safe and well in these most unusual times.
I had a sad but predictable conversation yesterday with Paul from the Fat Lamb, confirming the inevitable. It is now highly unlikely that our planned outing will go ahead in May, and the summer season is a write off for the venue.
I have taken the liberty of transferring our booking for now to the similar week next year, from Monday 17th May 2021 leaving Thursday 20th May 2021. This helps to keep the venue afloat in very difficult times, and demonstrates a bit of faith and support for our fellow car enthusiasts for a brighter future.
I spoke at length to Paul. His is a small business as yet not receiving any of the promised help for the self employed, so he is in a very difficult situation. The pub is obviously sadly closed for the foreseeable future, but he is very optimistic they will survive this hiccup. He ironically had the best car club bookings ever in the diary.
I really hope the new dates are acceptable to everyone, and I guess it saves us thinking of somewhere to go for the next Spring Break... Obviously no one knows how or when the situation with Coronavirus is going to be resolved. If there is a possibility of the trip happening later this year then I’m happy to rearrange if/when we have more concrete dates to aim at. If you would prefer to cancel your place there are a couple of options open to you. The Fat Lamb are happy to hold your deposit towards a trip at another time (open ended). Or if you really would prefer a refund give Paul a ring to arrange that.
